This policy describes how Tempori collects and uses personal data when you visit tempori.co or contact us. We treat your data the way we would want our own treated: minimally, transparently, and only for the reason it was given.
Who is the data controller
Severi Tempakka, operating Tempori from Finland, is the controller of personal data processed through this site. For any privacy-related question, write to contact@tempori.co.
What data we collect
We only collect what we need to operate the site and respond to people who reach out. Specifically:
- Contact form and email submissions: name, email address, company, role, and any message content you choose to share.
- Booked calls: when you book an intro call, our scheduling tool collects the same fields plus your selected time slot.
- Technical logs: standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp). These are retained for security and abuse prevention only.
- Cookies and local storage: see our Cookie Policy for the specifics. The site does not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking.
Why we process it
We process the data above on two legal bases under the GDPR:
- Legitimate interest for running the site, securing it against abuse, and responding to inbound requests.
- Consent for any non-essential cookies, which you can accept or decline through the consent prompt.
We never sell your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Where data is stored and how long we keep it
Form submissions and email correspondence are stored within our email and CRM systems hosted in the EU. Technical logs are retained for up to 90 days. Submission and call notes are kept for as long as the conversation is commercially active, plus a reasonable archival period for accounting and reference. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data only with vendors that help us operate the business: our email provider, our scheduling tool, and our hosting provider. Each is bound by their own data-processing agreement and operates under GDPR-compatible terms. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA except to the extent that named providers do so under standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold on you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Have your data deleted (the right to erasure)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto) if you believe we have mishandled your data
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@tempori.co and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page.
